We met Bill at an open house while looking for a condo in South Beach. Our situation was challenging for a number of reasons. First, we had a huge laundry list of things we wanted in a property. Second, we needed to use a VA loan, which is complicated and extremely rare in San Francisco. For condos, the property has to be approved by the VA (which takes months) and none in the city are. Bill nailed the property immediately. It had everything that we asked for. We wouldn't have to compromise on anything. Bill then submitted the VA paperwork and we waited. Less than two months later the property was approved and two units were for sale. Bill filled out the paperwork for us and helped us come up with an offer which was fair and we hoped would be accepted. The offer was accepted and Bill did a great job of managing the difficult escrow process. We have been in our condo now for about a year and love the property. We highly recommend Bill!
